Sipe Center is open to a long term renter! There is availability Monday through Wednesday, or Sunday mornings until 1. This is an ideal space for a worship group or a dance, music, theater or performing arts group to meet regularly!

Rental Amenities:  

• 154 seat capacity with handicap accessibility

• Full sound, theater lighting and AV capabilities

• 2 screen located to the right and left of the stage available for projecting while a speaker or performers are on stage

• Digital projection for film

• 2 private dressing rooms

• Restrooms
